If your exchange, landing page and/or your creatives are rejected, you will receive an email proving more information about why – please check for this email before reaching out to Support.
Within the Go2mobi interface, if you hover over the status box of either Exchanges or Creatives, you can find specific information about the rejection.
If you can make the necessary changes to your campaign, do so and then respond to the Support email – your campaign will be reviewed again and you do not need to create a new campaign.
